F/VF-Used, neat quartered cork cancellation. Spectacular 24c Pictorial Inverted center. Nicely centered with extra large margins. Gorgeous brilliant fresh color. Completely fault free - rare thus, as the majority of the known examples have faults from one degree to another. Of the 89 examples that exist, maybe 1 or 2 come close to the quality of this stamp. A true condition rarity worthy of placement in the finest collection. Scott catalog value - $37,500.00 is for an example centered āœFineā with minimal faults. With 1987 PF certificate and a 2011 PSAG certificate graded F-VF-75. It now has a 2011 PSE graded certificate as well which also graded the stamp at a 75. Please note that this is the highest and only graded 75 #120b to date. The current PSE SMQ value for a 70 is $63,500 & the PSE said that they will be listing the SMQ value at $95,000 for a grade of 75. *Call Bob at the office to discuss this "Gem"!
